#Like [name removed] was helpful from day1. # Dislike Rest experience was very bad with Trophy. 1.) Day3rd after closing - Guest room roof leakage . Took 2 months to fix. Had to book Hotel for my guests which were supposed to stay with us. Waste of Money 2.) Garage roof leakage after 2 times of upper level bathroom use. My kid fell in the garage , got hurt. Again it took 1 month to repair. Again guests this time. My house was a construction zone for 2.5 months. Water was leaking from the roof light. Risky . Electric short circuit could have happened. Guests were afraid. Again asked them to leave. Shameful experience in front of guests 3. Still few problems have not been addresses. Still waiting for the baseboard fix as it was taken out when these repair was being done. Light has not yet been installed. Garage with no light since last 2 mnths I think. 4. AC stopped working after month1. Technician came after few days till then had to boil in this heat. 5. The lights in the yard don't work from day1. 6. Sprinklers pipes broken from day1. Complained but no luck. I request compensation for all this as I have suffered a lot.

After the first month - not enough attention on the consumers. Suddenly they changed from anytime occurence with issues to periodic. And they don't respond at the agreed frequency.

Every thing is good except the design of upstairs in Denali 2 rooms .May be architect need to make rooms more roomy thank what it is .As of now upstairs rooms 2 in the corner are closed

The sales manager is not at all accommodative. [name removed] even bothered to answer basic questions. Just for medical reason I asked the closing date to be delayed by 10 days, but she rushed me for which I have to miss the surgery. The houses which were signed before me, she gave enough time for them to close it(almost 2 months buffer she gave). The homepro which was promised to be provided and was provided to other houses in community were not provided for us as demand for the houses was huge during that timeframe. It’s just she did not follow professional ethics. Regarding the construction manager , until we have feedback to him he has one face. Right after that he left the incomplete pieces. I have to literally write a email to greenbrick title company to get it done. I WOULD NOY recommend trophy to anyone unless they follow professional ethics. It’s just time waste to give feedback.

Many of the work has not been completed fully. We had to find and report issues, that goes through warranty and some of them you guys say that is not part of the warranty. That's really disappointing.

Customer service looks not cooperative at all. They just say everything is not in warranty by showing some section in the document. No one reads all the document and they don’t give time to read. In overall warranty service is not that good. They focus only selling the house and after sale service is not good.

The quality of homes is excellent. Love to call this home as our Sweet [name removed]. The follow-up of sales rep ([name removed]), construction manager ([name removed]) was awesome. They paid attention to everything that I brought to them. [name removed]'s attention to our needs, and addressing our concerns was awesome. He is a fantastic Trophy rep. I wished for more communication from the title company. It was very limited. For a new buyer, it created uncertainties about the process (What and How part of it). Anyways, we were able to get through.

Warranty was hopeless. warranty manager [name removed] was a pain to work . To top off the disappointment few of the additional issues didn't get my hood filter and its been 5 months . no permanent garage door

Customer service is poor. Quality of original and repair workmanship is bad. There is poor traction of warranty tickets. The warranty system is broken and does not send response. Follow ups with emails end up with no results.

Lot of issues with quality and still outstanding air conditioning vents and thermostat issues. WAter stagnates on one side badly and broken fence door from Closing.

HVAC unit has so much difference in temperature within upstairs and downstairs. From the beginning there was a mice problem from the move in date. [name removed] week my car wires were chewed and ended up with $2000 bill. Knowing there is issue with mice the home should have been handled with pest control but let the buyer suffer is not good. Have water clogging on the fence side and no resolution. Have to check with City at this point for whether codes are matched. Fence door fell apart on the first week onwards and no resolution. They kept adding one more screw and eventually the whole door came off and was not locking. i ended up fixing. poor vendor selection, i guess. rest all were great.

Warranty service does NOT provide any service. My property keeps getting damaged, they keep delaying any fixture. I have asked several times for emergency contact but NEVER been provided with emergency contacts. My HVAC doesn't work, they come out make an excuse. Carpet floors are uneven, My floors are bumpy. I'm disappointed. Legal action is needed to be taken against what emotional, physical, financial stress I have been put through

After the home is closed, working with [name removed] was awesome. He was able to resolve few issues from HVAC to shower by contacting the appropriate vendors to fix. Having said that, there are few things not completely smooth. 1. After initial agreed upon price and pre-appoval with BA homes, house price was increased by 22K just before the sign. This seems very unethical. 2. Our hardwood floor color was not informed properly caused us to order different color with 3rd party vendor (where we replaced carpet from entire house after closure). Now we have 2 types hardwood colors in house. It is not that bad, it is not ideal.

Poor warranty service. 1) warranty manager do not acknowledge problem. 2) it has been more than 6 months I closed the house still closing exclusion items are pending, many warranty managers changes and no one cares. 3) after creating the ticket it takes more than 2 months for the fix which just takes 5 minutes from any handyman from outside 4) warranty managers do not follow up or provide updates. They are simply not reachable. 5)problem becomes worse after the fix. Overall poor warranty service.. Simple word “ pandemic takes time “ but I would say it’s just negligence

Likes - Dislikes- They get angry when a ticket is opened. The response is never positive and arguments are common when working with them. They uses phrases like does it bother you or excuses like its small issue/built by humans and so normal, to discourage from opening tickets. They only focus on closing the ticket than fixing the issue, as a result every issue reported has been worked on multiple times to finally have the issue fixed. The workmanship on the issues fixed is poor as majority of the times either the issue is not fixed or additional issue popped up because of bad workmanship resulting in low confidence on their work. As per them, the home owner should not expect the items fixed to look like near to new which is unexpected considering that this is a new house. They don't take ownership on the issues, that were moved from the builder to them.

People are friendly i would start with [name removed], she is nice when explain the model and Once you close, then construction manager is comes to place [name removed] is Great manager to work with, there is 30 days we can get the things to get fixed i like that concept, He understands my concerns, explains me if it can be done or not, he is nice and patient he is cool, i notified all the things he put a list, he gives status periodically i am happy with [name removed]

It took a total of 15 months from the day we signed the contract 03/18/2021 to closing on 06/17/2022. Our Projected Closing Date was 9/24/2021 and the whole process was very stressful. I understand that many factors, which were all outside of our control, played in the multiple delays that we had, but it was definitely not the best experience.
