Love the floor plan! The sales team were Awesome, [name removed] and [name removed]. Also [name removed] in the warranty/ service office was OVER THE TOP helpful, professional, got us to the right people for the items we needed checked. He returned our calls the same day (usually within an hour, unless in a mtg) Gave us the Correct info every time. He's the absolute Best!!

The process was very smooth. The walkthrough with [name removed] was very pleasant. He took the time to walk us through anything we didn’t know. As a first time buyer he made the experience comfortable and kept in touch after to ensure we had no ongoing issues. We love our place and this particular model is perfect for us.

We love the builder [name removed]. He did a great job with fixing our breaker and was really nice and willing to fix any minor cosmetic issues. We like the community. It was easy to work with [name removed] also because she even handled things after hours.

I have really liked working with [name removed]. There has obviously been issues with the home since it is a new build. But [name removed] has been extremely quick to get things fixed. Which in the end results in me being ok with the issues.

The process from signing the contract to moving in was excellent. I don’t have any feedback regarding that; everything was completed on time, and everyone was wonderful to work with. However, my main concern is about the home itself, specifically the lawn. We have been living here for about 30 days now, and although I have mowed the lawn a few times, I discovered several large rocks that could potentially damage the lawnmower. Additionally, the ground is very uneven and rocky. I had expected a better quality for the lawn and the surrounding soil, as it appears to be of lesser quality compared to the rest of the home. Overall, aside from these issues, the home has been great. However, I also find that some of the light switches are in awkward positions, which is a bit odd and difficult to explain.
