Being told it's not under warranty. Recently, the lack of returning call/messages. Time it takes to get work done. Failure to make a job done poorly right. Having to clean up construction mess myself when told construction would clean it up. Otherwise, it's a lovely home.

My purchase experience with TSH was excellent. During the process, the community sales manager, Ms. [name removed], communicated effectively and gives update in a timely manner. The construction manager, Mr. [name removed], was respectful, listened to my concerns during walk through, helps us understand how the home functions, and was available for questions.

Very poor quality work on the house. Porr cheap quality building material used. Big stones outside home started rusting after 2 months of built. Cement from walls coming off.stairs make wierd noise when walkimg and sounds like its broken. Told to warranty guys many times but they said its normal. Door handles are of really cheap quality. You have to hold the lock up to lock it. Dry walls on the house shows uneven limes throughout the house which looks really bad.

Overall we love what we purchased, but too many things in the house need attention and fixing for repairs from cracks in the wall (inside) through out the hous, cracks in the tiles, laminate wood in the house separating and lifted, upstairs wood under the carpet making noise, cracks in the bricks outside and more.

We really like the look of the house and floor plan. The family style neighborhood is great. Also, our out-of-state contingent escrow fell through on the day we were to close both escrows and Trophy management let extend the escrow in order to find a new buyer. That was above and beyond what we expected. Two issues in floor plan we don’t like is a very steep stairway and the kitchen pantry being far away from the kitchen.

I’m very disappointed with the warranty service. Items identified for repair during my 6 month inspections are the same ones i reported on my 9 month inspection. They have not been repaired and I will have to list them again on my final inspection. Lack of communication is a major problem as well. Numerous emails and phone messages have been sent with no response.

Warranty experience has been a nightmare, from not completing work to the warranty crew refusing to do their job, lack of communication and saying they would show up and don’t. I’ve told friends and family to stay away from trophy homes because of this headache

I have been happy with the overall process. There is a few things that I will address at my 30 day warranty meeting, other than that my wife and I are extremely happy. [name removed] went above and beyond to make sure my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. [name removed] and my agent [name removed] were phenomenal to work with. I look forward to purchasing more homes from this builder and I will definitely recommend to family and friends!

I like the home but the some items that is covered by the warranty has not been done. I had my last warranty appointment on March 21, 2024 and the lady said she will have someone call me the same week for the items need to be fixed. It's is April 5th and I still havd not heard back from anyone. I have left voice messages and text messages but no response. I believe this is very unprofessional of Trophy home warranty dept. My brother was liked one of their house but I would not reccommend him to buy Trophy home if after this is thd way they treat their clients.

I love the quality of the home. I disliked that the pantry/master bedroom closet shelves were cheaply built, the bathroom light fixtures rusted after 2 months, the quality of the baseboards are cheap, the fence does not look professionally done. The fence looks like a 2 year old hammered nails on wood.

We weren’t given enough time before closing to get a 3rd-party inspection done. The house was not finished properly, it is still missing paint, cabinet doors are randomly falling off, our blue tapes have not been worked on, master bedroom and bathroom need to be finished. All this should’ve been done prior to closing. I’m highly dissatisfied.

Didn’t even complete the home when we moved in so it was a rush to try and finish resulting in horrible quality throughout the home. Did [name removed] complete Any punch list items since May 2022. Master shower needs to be ripped out and replaced, front door warped, office doors bubbled and warped, paint has different shades of roll marks throughout the house, all door trim looks terrible, House left dirty and dusty, had to replace island top 2 times, garage door was falling apart, flooded the house from unit in the attic and never replaced insulation causing a lot of condensation, all millwork hinges loose or broken, caulking at base boards is different colors and looks horrible, floors are damaged, subfloor was never replaced upstairs and several nails sticking up, texture missing in several places, etc…

Subs working for trophy make it clear that they don’t respect the community The flooring doesn’t withstand normal wear and tear well at all. Minor scratches are everywhere. Flooring selections were cheap quality. The tilers didn’t grout enough so shower tiles are somewhat sharp. Paint is flecking off exterior. All within 10 months- a bit worrisome since it’s so early in.

I like the design and build quality of Trophy homes based on my stay in the first 30 days. But I did NOT like the how some of the items that were told would work are NOT there. E.g, the thermostat- I was told that the thermostat would be wifi compatible and upon checking Tempo air the consultant from Tempo air confirmed that Trophy tired to install some sosftware and that made the thermostat no wifi. Its very backward that I can't use the thermostat on my app. Tempo is also saying that if I use any other thermostat that would void my warranty.

Construction team trade is very sloppy, things that we pointed out in two blue tape walkthroughs were not addressed so we had to submit warranty tickets. I felt like no matter how many times we talked with project manager that we got no where or it was a bandaid fix not fixed correctly. I spent 600,000 for a home and all three bathtubs are damaged and need to be fixed.

Sales associates were great. Construction manager was OK. We were promised things would be fixed during our initial walkthrough and several items were missed. The construction manager did not write down or note several of the items that needed to be addressed but assured us they would be addressed and they were not.

We were hoping to complete the purchase process in August/September timeframe but got delayed to December due to "supply chain issues" ostensibly which nearly caused our entire purchase to fall apart. Additionally, Trophy's preferred lender sent us on a potential financing option that was not workable. Since we really liked the layout of the home and how the model represented our future home, we stuck with it and the second preferred lender was more motivated to get the home closed. However, the financing ended up costing us more in the upfront closing costs as well as monthly payments for the next few years until a refinancing takes place. Then after closing and before move-in we discovered that (a) the front brick porch that we were promised was not constructed and (b) the garage had cracks in the floor that seemed to appear after the inspection was done and the closing took place. We pointed these out to the salesperson and the builder's team on the evening of the closing but nothing was done to rectify them and let the process pass on to the warranty team. We weren't even given the master combination to change the access code to the house for almost 4 weeks after closing and were fortunate that no adverse event happened in the meanwhile.

The fact that we have been fighting for a retaining wall in the back of our property since day 1. We have had a great experience with Priece he has been great at meeting all of our needs and fixing the issues at hand.

Complete lip service and zero action to take care of issues that I pointed out prior to close, mostly identified several months before closing. My walls look like absolute crap! The drywall work is terrible. Your contractors did not build to plan anywhere, they did not frame in an entire door and then put AC ducting in the wrong spots for alternate floor plans. They forgot to install vent pipe in the plumbing and had to go back and tear out walls to install them. Every request for action was met with a smile to my face and zero follow through at any level once I turned my back. After two water damage/flooding issues prior to close along with a below sales price appraisal, I asked for options since I know that I have to disclose all of these issues when I sell; likely killing my resale value. I was given no good will or reason to recommend you to anyone. In fact, I have gone out of my way to make sure everyone I know stays as far away from your company as possible.
