The loan process was an absolute nightmare. [name removed] and bhome was great and worked with us so I don’t blame him but the underwriter was absolutely over the top with their asks. Greenbrick title seems to have extremely poor reviews so maybe don’t use them

I didn't like the time I was waiting to finish my home because the situation of the material been late. My home supposed to be done on November 2021 and was finish on February 28, 2022.

Sprinkler system pipe burst and I have not been receiving any type of assistance, mid summer, there is no reason for a Sprinkler pipe to busy in a new construction home

I didn’t like the fact that it took almost 6 months to get our garage and we saw garages being placed on newly closed houses instead. It was disappointing to see this since we were so excited and received so much help when purchasing our home. Also since we were not allowed to get an outside inspection our home, it’s disheartening to know that there are things that could have been caught with that inspection that we simply weren’t allowed to get. I am still however hopeful that since I have reached out several times, and received a response, that trophy will honor the last few things that we were told would be completed and that we noticed are missing from our home.

It's literally been an issue since the closing date. Nothing is ever completed in a timely fashion. I still have doors that have not been painted since they were supposed to come back after closing. Currently have work orders pending for over 3 weeks now. Zero communication

Liked how quick they were at first. There hasn't been any work done to fix my shower floor. Was previously told I need to contact the vendor instead of the warranty rep doing their job and getting it started.

I think the sales process was flawless, [name removed] and [name removed] is excellent. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. I think the quality of the construction has not been what I expected. Everything from doors being put on the wrong way in the kitchen to the Air-conditioning not working properly, to the garage door having issues. It has been a difficult experience and then getting your vendors to service us in a timely manner. I hope we can get these items worked out and things will be better. Thank you for asking for feedback.

Like - [name removed] explained everything in detail during home orientation. Like - [name removed] tried hard to appease during the many lengthy warranty repairs. Dislike - Multiple closing date changes and poor communication. Dislike - Long waits for warranty items to be repaired. Dislike - Number of warranty items that needed repairs due to builder shortcuts. Dislike - Poor drainage and grading on both sides of home; water settles drawing mosquitos and other insects; multiple homeowners have this problem at [name removed] [name removed]. Dislike - Debris found throughout the home in places like the attic; beer bottles and food wrappings left by construction crews; this brings rodents.

Liked the constant updates, the walk thru before and after closing, the customer service from the sales rep to the builder! Didn't like the level of cleaning that was done before closing. The landscaping could've been alot better.

The home building process was overly rushed. Things were poorly planned, and I am still waiting for responses to my warranty tickets. Garage Door opener not covered-poor. I replaced the opener since it quit working due to lack of power for the heavy garage door-poor choice of cheap equipment. Since replacing my opener, I have noticed the wooden panels on the door are not painted completely, they need to be finished. My master bathroom water closet needs work, and the electrical switch needs to be moved again, was originally placed incorrectly behind the door. Drainage is an issue that they say is not covered...etc...

I love my home and the build. There are minor flaws that are natural and that I missed at walk through. The sound in the home is my only issue. You can hear everything inside and outside the home. Which is weird due to the biggest selling feature for me being insulation

My home was rushed and things were left undone even after closing. Closing was rushed even before my home was cleaned or ready or complete, I was made to close anyway. Follow up after closing is till ongoing with grout and touch ups and my exterior paint was delivered well after closing and when they came to touch up my garage he couldn't even use the paint kit given because it is so watered down, it wont even paint! I have heard nothing back. My garage door needs to be painted.

Dislikes: poor communication when delays started to occur the preferred lender I felt Like went MIA when it came to locking in an interest rate. The builder and lender had meetings weekly but felt like they did not talk to each other, therefore, no one knew what was happening. Everything went fine until the house became closer to finish and the move date was pushed back. I just Thought it would’ve been nice for the manager to contact me once I closed Since we worked together from start but no word from him. The site manager [name removed] was awesome at explaining everything for my house and being patient so I could Fully understand.

I like that most options were included. It didn’t like you couldn’t add on much when being built since we purchase the home after the studs were up. I also don’t like that it’s more drywall than studs in the walls, so it makes it challenging to hang heavier items.

From start to finish of my experience with Trophy Signature Homes was terrible for me as the customer. Making an huge investment of this sort should be taken serious by all parties involved. Communication lacked on all ends starting with the office representative [name removed]. I understood that there would be delays due to Covid-19 which placed a strained on the supply needed to build my home. During this time, many of times my realtor and I would check for updates regarding my home and not many updates could be given as far as time frames. Like I said I understood there would be delays but no one was communicating those delays. When purchasing my home there were many different moving parts in the process that relied on updates along the way. Once my realtor and I finally had to reach out to the corporate office, regular and frequent updates were being received. Once I got to the walk through 2 days before there was an exhausted list of things that had not been completed for a home that was supposed to close in two days. The builder [name removed] said majority of the things on the list would be complete within the first 30 days warranty. I get to closing day, sign paper work, and the loan funded before 5:00pm Sept. 29. I get to the home a little after lunch of closing day and the house is not cleaned and not pressure washed on the outside. Unacceptable for a new home. The cleaning lady showed up around 3pm on closing day by herself to clean a new home which took her 3.5 hours. At this time, the home was closed on and loan had be funded and keys had been received. I have videos and pictures of what I walked into on closing day. Very unacceptable for a builder, I would not recommend Trophy to anyone looking to purchase a new build home. Trophy Signature Homes has not been around long, maybe 3 years and the company has a lot of building to do as far as customer service and delivering quality work to its customers.

During my final walk before closing, I expressed that my trees were dead. I was told no they were dormant. The trees were planted on week after the Feb 21 winter storm. The trees are still not in bloom. I spoke with the landscaper for Trophy who stated the trees are indeed dead. He also explained if Trophy reached out to them, they would replace them free of charge. I have yet to hear back from Trophy. I am also unhappy with the leaky water from the sidewalk and the explanation that the water was in excess in the sprinkler system, however, no one else has this issue. The sides of my home and the back yard is always consistently wet. Apparently the water should drain between the homes, but they never seem to dry out.

Sales man sold the world, I bought it. Work was rushed, incomplete and I was expected and rushed to sign before the end of the month before my home was completed. Builder had to make an amendment to the list of things needing to be done. I closed and got my keys, the salesman told me my house would be cleaned and ready that evening. That wasn't true, the cleaning crew didn't come until later that week. My very first walk through was terrible, nothing was done, my "final" walk through was almost worse. Nothing like what I had imagined or been told it would be like. This is not my first build or purchase. I know all the excuses, I am in the industry as well and I understand what has been and is still being affected by Covid and the Economy. None the less, I paid over $300k for my new home and my expectations were less than met. Moved in June 29th and it is July 30th and I still need paint...I am settling to be happy with the level of service your company provided.

It's literally been an issue since the closing date. Nothing is ever completed in a timely fashion. I still have doors that have not been painted since they were supposed to come back after closing. Currently have work orders pending for over 3 weeks now. Zero communication

Like - [name removed] explained everything in detail during home orientation. Like - [name removed] tried hard to appease during the many lengthy warranty repairs. Dislike - Multiple closing date changes and poor communication. Dislike - Long waits for warranty items to be repaired. Dislike - Number of warranty items that needed repairs due to builder shortcuts. Dislike - Poor drainage and grading on both sides of home; water settles drawing mosquitos and other insects; multiple homeowners have this problem at [name removed] [name removed]. Dislike - Debris found throughout the home in places like the attic; beer bottles and food wrappings left by construction crews; this brings rodents.

The home building process was overly rushed. Things were poorly planned, and I am still waiting for responses to my warranty tickets. Garage Door opener not covered-poor. I replaced the opener since it quit working due to lack of power for the heavy garage door-poor choice of cheap equipment. Since replacing my opener, I have noticed the wooden panels on the door are not painted completely, they need to be finished. My master bathroom water closet needs work, and the electrical switch needs to be moved again, was originally placed incorrectly behind the door. Drainage is an issue that they say is not covered...etc...

I love my home and the build. There are minor flaws that are natural and that I missed at walk through. The sound in the home is my only issue. You can hear everything inside and outside the home. Which is weird due to the biggest selling feature for me being insulation

I like that most options were included. It didn’t like you couldn’t add on much when being built since we purchase the home after the studs were up. I also don’t like that it’s more drywall than studs in the walls, so it makes it challenging to hang heavier items.
