Finishing of the house isn’t great. For example - grass and planting hasn’t been great. And the sprinkler system doesn’t align with where the trees/plants have been placed

Great communications and updates. I didn't like the inabilitybto request some minor changes during the building process.

We have had 2 gas leaks within 6 months of moving due to faulty plumbing. This scares me about the quality of construction. We have a open warranty issue for creaking floor noise in kitvhen hardwood ,pending from when we moved in and it's still not fixed. Our front tree dried up within a month of moving in july. Even basic clean up, floor vacuum n cabinet wipe down was not done before we moved in and we had to clean it all up from construction debris.

We really liked that the team moved our closing one week early and closed on time. Our construction manager [name removed] was also helpful in getting lot of the issues we had including gas leak. But, some of these should have not happened in first place. What we did not like is the quality of the finishing (painting, wood/cabinet work, door fixing). More importantly before we moved, house wasn't cleaned of construction debris and dust.. floor wasn't even mopped or cleaned. So was the windows. My friends came in for the move and they were looking to buy homes. But they didn't buy from trophy, because they didn't like the quality of construction

Likes: Warranty requests are addressed. Dislikes: Commitments are not fulfilled: > We were told our brick is gray. Sales team sent out pictures which do not match with the brick laid for our home. I have taken pictures of our home compared to other gray homes and the picture sales sent us. This has been sent to builder, sales, [name removed]. all they say is that its by design. > We were installed small entry fixture which is used for the dining area for other homes in the street. [name removed] the bigger one thas supposed to be installed. > Our flooring was changed last minute with limited choice. atleast this was communicated unlike the above two changes. > Gutters were missed and we were not informed aboyut the delay until we moved into the house and discovered. > Closing was rushed with no proper walk through just to meet the quarterly numbers. We are not even concerned about all 100 items in the list but just requested to take care of the brick color as it looks really bad. Mix of gray and brown instead of single color. But its not being addressed.

I liked that trophy completed on time. But there were many issues like drywall finishing not done properly, crack in kitchen countertop and tiles backsplash in kitchen not done properly

The overall build quality is good, but apart from that lot of dislike items : 1. The salesperson is mostly unreachable. It made purchase hard since I was moving from another state. 2. There is a difference between the actual model shown during the contract versus the purchased one. The elevation is very very basic and there is no room for improvement ([name removed] plan) 3. The paint quality overall is very very bad. The door are painted just one coat. It has started coming out in many places. 4. The media room walls are not properly aligned. 5. Garage door and the guest bathroom had a lot of issues including a broken door handle, broken garage door, and a water drip. It seems it was not inspected for quality after inspection. Since I was moving out of state, there was less room for multiple inspections of the house. 6. The door handle overall house looks brittle and not premium quality. 7. The wall paint finishes at the edges also not up to the mark. Overall it seems in order to rush things up, quality was compromised.I was hoping signature homes will maintain the overall standards like other builders.

On the day of sign-in , one of the Garage door fog glass broke and builder replaced with a card board. I was still asked to proceed with the closing-date as builder promised to replace the fog glass the very next day. It has been like 1 month now and no one turned up to replace the garage door glass. We are still living with card board fixed to one of the garage doors.
