[name removed] is an AWESOME property manager. I can't say much more than AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! [name removed] is incredible Project/Construction Manager. ANY issues that I've found with my home have been resolved almost IMMEDIATELY. I'd NEVER heard of Trophy Homes until my daughter drove by and told me to come out and take a look. This is not our first or second home purchase, but this has been the best experience by leaps and bounds

What I liked most about my experience with Trophy Signature Homes was the modern design, energy-efficient features, and transparent pricing. The home came with many included upgrades that other builders typically charge extra for, which made the process feel more straightforward and valuable. What I liked least was the communication during certain stages of the build. At times, I felt updates could have been more timely or detailed, especially around closing and final walkthrough scheduling. However, the team was responsive when I followed up directly. Overall, the experience was positive, and I appreciated the quality and features delivered.

We loved CMG loans. They took really good care of us and made everything super easy. Also, the construction manager was excellent. He walked us through the whole house, explaining how to work everything.

The underwriting process took a lot mentally and was very demanding on documentations. However, their communications and delivery was really good.

The purchase experience with Trophy was a great experience. The difficulty was with the first mortgage company. In the end, CMG was wonderful to work with. There are a few repairs that need completing, but overall, I'm loving my home.

I have had multiple issues since moving in with electric breakers tripping and my roof leaked during a storm. [name removed] has been very apologetic and fixed some of the stuff but I am still having issues with braker tripping. I never had any issues in my old house with appliances and this has been nothing short of frustrating for me and my husband.
