Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

The staff was friendly and not pushy. No pressure was applied. You welcomed a real estate agent. The financial folks made many scenario we asked for. They never made us feel that we are asking too much. There was constant communication. They even called to talk. That’s very personable. What I most disliked was we were not coordinated with HOA . We don’t have our mail box keys. This should be part of the process. We have not checked our mail for a week.

[name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful through contract and later too . [name removed] was always available to answer questions and help us with design choices when we needed it . [name removed] has been wonderful handling the construction of our home. He paid attention to details and kept in touch and was always prompt to address any of our concerns.

i wish shaddock would include hardware in the home, install all of the appliances in the home. what i did like was that everything that was "wrong" or needed to be fixed during the construction phase was fixed right away with no trouble and communication was incredible i loved the team that i worked with!

Had to give five star to [name removed]. Working with [name removed] sales manager was easy too. Builder [name removed] is great too. I read online reviews by other customers about [name removed] not honoring issues with lawn and trees. I had same experience after moving. my grass is dead at couple of places along with front trees within 3 weeks. Warranty team is not honoring and mentioned lawn and trees are not covered under warranty. I am not happy as there is a clear issue in the lawn. Overall bad experience with [name removed] handling lawn.
