The team I worked with helped me, and did a fine enough job. My problem is there customer service, I always felt like I was annoying them or as if I should already know certain things. The First American team I worked with was my least favorite group of people to work with during this process. If I had a question for my loan officer, or the selling agent they would always give me a moment of their time and warmly answer my questions without rushing me off the phone. It was the opposite with the First American team. The only person on First American who was nice and helpful was the guy that helped me with the document signing at the end, the guy that came to my house, I think his name was [name removed].

Both [name removed] and [name removed] are amazing! Both the ladies kept me informed and not only that, process the necessary paperwork in lighting speed. There was a delay from my lender [name removed] who made so many mistakes from the appraisal report to getting the final sign-off from the underwriters that caused many days of delays. If without [name removed] and [name removed], I would not have closed the property on time and received the keys so that we could move. And if the delays occurs, it will definitely impact my move dates, many more logistics to rearrange and not to mentioned extra rental cost. The ladies even have the notary on standby and within minutes of receiving the final document, could arrange for me to meet with him to sign. Furthermore, the ladies have the foresight to include my insurance payment into the closing cost which the bank hand missed. Both [name removed] and [name removed] are amazing! Would not have been possible to close on time without them. With that, we are very fortunate and grateful to have them as part of our escrow close team.
