Dealing with the Title Company was the most pleasant experience. The only part of this home buying experience that I found to be more than satisfactory with everything involved. Customer service was excellent, especially the mobile notary! He is a kind person and I enjoyed interacting with him.

Escrow officer never replied to my message throughout the process. Never heard from them. Only contact was at closing with automated messages and received a call from someone about scheduling the notary. Glad it got done, but would have liked a responsive person working on our file

During the signing process noone from American Title set with me or my family to explain the documents that we were signing. The only person that explained what we were signing was the notary. At least someone should have come out and just went over stuff with us. At the end someone came (male) out and when asked about the refund of our money he seemed to have an attitude. They seemed more concerned about who told us to come and sign when they had just received our loan docs. After the process to receive our refund the lady via email was helpful. I used American title years before when I purchased a house and it was way better which is why I was excited to find out they were handling this transaction. What a disappointment.

Lots of mistakes and misinformation. Questions I asked were not answered or answered with attitude. I finally just gave up and stopped contacting because it was pointless and frustrating.

The communication through this process was very poor. I had to call every single time to find out what was going on or I leave a message and no one would return my call. I am not satisfied at all. I'm glad it's over.

Felt rush to get it done before the 1st of November but wasn't able to pick up our keys for whatever reason. The house was dirty when we got it. Said they were going to clean it but never did.
