I have found the workmanship and quality of products used in my current home to be great. In regards to the customer care experience, it has honestly been great. It's been four months since we moved into this wonderful home. Albeit the raging fire from the canyons is now behind us, our neighbors are still talking and dealing with the aftermath of the disaster. Fortunately, Mr. [name removed] has been ardently attentive to ensure our needs are met and questions are answered promptly. We had our service shortly after the wildfire. Mr. [name removed] was detailed and meticulous as usual. He has shown us his utter affection for his job and this wonderful neighborhood. I illustrate one instance that enforced my view about his professionalism. The garage door was making a squeaking sound when open and close. When he mentioned cleaning was needed, I thought he probably meant to inject some wd-40 lubricant on the joints to smooth the friction. However, to my surprise, he actually removed the screws off the hinges, vacuumed, and lubricated every joint. He could have done a much simple method. Yet he took his time and went for the extra mile. The result was stunning and the flaps are much quieter and smoother. His dedication to perfection isn't done in vain. We are delighted to have Mr. [name removed] as a wonderful part of this neighborhood family.

This was my first new home, overall, I had a pleasant experience. Here are few comments: • Contract o I was surprised that there is only one contingency in the contract (loan conditional approval) • [name removed] [name removed] and options o The designer was very helpful. o [name removed] the $2.6M dollar home, the options were limited. ? No option to have a bigger refrigerator or range oven. ? No option to add spice cabinet. ? No option to move the outlet to the bottom of the top cabinet to have a clean looking backsplash. ? No option to have a smooth wall without texture. ? No guest bathroom in the design ? No option to add sewer line for the pool in the backyard • Move in o Great experience, contractor representative was very helpful. He made sure everything is to my satisfaction
