Like it all, don’t live the flooring but I picked it so that’s on me. The 2 concerns I have are: 1, the red brick is turning white and 2, we are still missing down spouts. I’m sure those will be resolved at the 90 day walk through?

We have had some delays due to shortage of subcontractors and Covid issues (as I am sure you can guess)...If there is anything that you still feel needs to be addressed, be sure to submit those on your 11 month list when the time comes! We have had several problems with the construction of the house. Most of those problems have been corrected thanks for working with [name removed]. However, we are still waiting for a shower door 30 days after closing, we’re having difficulty with the French doors in the office they’re going to have to be replaced.Other small problems have been taken care of to our satisfaction. But the shower door and the issue with the French doors are still unresolved, but are being worked on as we speak.

We have had issues with the drywall work that was done in our home. Popped nails and tape was improperly applied to the walls, which have led to the tape separating from the walls and ceiling. We have been working with the [name removed] company to correct these issues but it has taken several months and it is still not completely resolved these issues. More cracks and popped nails continue to appear and I fear that this will be an issue that will continue in the future. I have worked with [name removed] and things are getting done, but as one wave of popped nails and cracks are corrected, more show up. I understand that my home and one other was finished by the same drywall team that was fired for there bad work. I am hoping that this issue can be resolved soon. It has been an inconvenience for us, and is frustrating that I paid good money for inferior work. We also had a bad piece of siding in the front of the house, that has been repaired. Other then the issues with the drywall, we are satisfied with the home.

Overall warranty service has been fine...individual contractors have been responsive and helpful...customer soft skills for warranty department could use improvement, but understand these are stressful times...major repair (leak in interior pipe) has taken more time than expected, but again understand could be due to pandemic...suggest streamline service better so that it is not customer responsibility to call and schedule each step in the process (ie: call warranty to have service request for plumbing, and then when they are done call warranty to schedule drywall, etc)
